ADA Cosmetics International produces high-quality cosmetic products for the international 3- to 5-star hotel industry. Our portfolio includes exclusive luxury brands, trendy lifestyle concepts, wellness-oriented care lines and certified natural cosmetics - and we are always coming up with new ideas. With 600 employees worldwide, we develop creative ideas, translate them into marketable concepts and set trends in hotel bathrooms.
Mission
- Manage a selection of brands and product groups within our Lifestyle & License Portfolio, globally
- Execute global strategy with dedicated NPD master plan for all regions (EMEA, AM, ASIA)
- Execute aligned NPD plans as well as brand strategy and ensure portfolio activities deliver against global net sales and profit targets
- Develop global brand / product concepts and execute the entire Marketing Mix
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders through cross-functional, global teams
- Execute business analyses, market monitoring & evaluation and competitor analyses (e.g. assessment of data, interpretation of developments, identification of business opportunities)
- Manage budget and monitor spend within approved budget frames throughout the year
- Develop communication / brand image campaigns together with Creative & Communication and ensure all brand / sub-brand requirements are met
- Manage & guide one or more Brand Managers to help them achieve their goals & expand their skills
Skills
- University degree with a focus on Marketing
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Brand Management
- Ability to lead assigned multifunctional project teams
- Ability to manage conflicting parties (Global, Regional, Local as well as Project Teams including R&D, GSC, Legal, etc.) and achieve alignment
- Conceptual, strategical, and analytical skills, capability of abstract reasoning and creative thinking
- Hands-on mentality, good time management and ability to work under time pressure
- Good technical understanding and high affinity for the product group as well as the hospitality business
- High self-motivation, results-oriented attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Willingness to move to the Franco-German border
