ADA Cosmetics International produces high-quality cosmetic products for the international 3 to 5-star hotel industry. Our portfolio includes exclusive luxury brands, trendy lifestyle concepts, wellness-oriented skincare lines and certified natural cosmetics - and we are always coming up with new ideas. With over 600 employees worldwide, we develop creative ideas, translate them into marketable concepts and set trends far beyond the hotel bathroom.
Tasks
- Telephone support and consultation for our customers in Spain and Portugal
- Support of our sales team through the creation of offers and internal coordination
- Follow-up of offers in coordination with the sales team
- Order processing and offer tracking
- Handling of complaints
- Execution of targeted telephone campaigns
- Maintenance of all customer master data
Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in a comparable position with telephone customer contact
- Service- and customer-oriented work approach with empathy
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with international customers
- Dynamism, diligence, organizational talent, and a sense for commercial contexts
- Independent and results-oriented working style with experience in MS Office
- Fluent Spanish skills in spoken and written form (native speaker preferred) as well as good English or German skills, French is a plus
